“I got this computer for Christmas I used the built in WiFi card for about 20 minutes. It dropped the connection now it won’t pick up any WiFi signals at all. Is there anything I can do to try and get it to work?”

Go to windows search and type "Hardware" 2. Click "device manager" 3. Press the arrow next to "Network adapters" 4. Right click "Intel (R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168" 5. Click "update driver"
