“Just bought this PC 2 weeks ago, i try to install gtav, and other games and they all go to Driver C: , and throughout the installation it says my driver C: disk is full, how do i change EVERY download or PIECE of information to go to driver D:(1.8 tb)?”

In Steam, you can make a new game directory in your D drive. (Not your SSD) If you're not using steam, when you install a game, it should ask for a file location to install your game. Choose your (D:) drive and create a new file for your game(s).
