You should have received a separate email from Best Buy with directions and a code. If you purchased it online look for it on or just after the date of purchase.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought one of these computers for my son for Christmas. I did order the computer online and picked up at the store. When I ordered, it showed one free item on the web page and in the order. The free item being the voucher. If I remember correctly Best Buy, within 24 hours, emailed me a voucher to register on the AMD website for the games bundle. I cannot say if you just picked one up in a store how it would work. Then I believe he had to register on the AMD website and choose his 2 games. I thought the games were probably just old games that really were worthless, however if I recall the 2 games have yet to be released. I know my son was pretty excited about the games. If you do not get the voucher from Best Buy within 2 days I would contact their Customer Support. They have always been super helpful to me.
