Thank you for reaching out to us. Please make sure that you are connecting your monitor/tv cable to the RX 580 graphics card. Please try again later.make sure you have your HDMI in then try turning the monitor on and then turn the PC on and then turn it off and then turn it back on if that doesn't work i would try it again and if that dosnt work go to best buy or a computer repair place and ask them what to do.
