“I want to add more RGB lighting to the system, but I want to make sure everything would be synced up properly (as is now.) Will it be synced automatically, or is there a specific program being used to keep everything in sync?”

Thanks for reaching out Jacob. That depends if there is software related programs that allow to change the RGB, however, the RGB would need to be connected to the control box in order to have RGB. It comes pre-synced to the motherboard. If you get the asus motherboard program from the asus website you can change the settings of lighting it looks like. Hope this helps some.
