QuestionLooking at the photographs online and also in person, where exactly can additional hard drives be installed? It is not obvious from looking at it. Is it behind something or does something have to be popped out?

QuestionI'm assuming the operating system is on the SSD drive. Is the default My Documents and Program Files folders for windows assigned to space on the 2tb drive or on the SSD drive? If on the SSD drive, is the 2tb drive empty?

- Answer The Operating System is on the SSD. The default My Documents etc are also on the SSD. The 2TB drive is blank when shipped. We manually created folders on the 2TB and Cut and Paste the contents of My Docs, Photos, etc to the 2TB drive manually.

QuestionI always read the manual first, and all the talk of installing things and then finding a screw inside a bag all on its own makes me think I need to do something. What in the world is this screw for?

QuestionI've seen some comments saying the PSU is not enough for the computer and that it was going to fry the computer slowly is this true? if so should i get a 550w PSU?

- Answer Thanks for reaching out Dave. We have seen the comments and the power supply does not slowly fry the computer. This PC should come with an EVGA 450 watt 80 plus. As for the power supply, all of our systems are tested under full load with their configurations & approved to be stable. You can actually perform quite a few upgrades given this systems build & provided power supply if you want to. QuestionHow long does it take to ship the computer? I ordered on on Nov. 24 and its suppose to arrive on Nov.30 but it still says preparing and it hasn't been shipped or anything

QuestionI just recently purchased the computer but I am a little confused on how to turn the LED lights on. I have pressed the buttons on the case but the lights still will not light up. Do I have to turn anything on or do anything before I press the button?
