  • QuestionI cant get windows 10 to activate and cyberpower isnt answering me. Can someone please help me i really like this pc and i dont want to have to return it because i cant get windows to activate.

    • Answer I have had the same issue. I have emailed, not received a response in days. I attempted to call and the system constantly hangs up on me. So far, I am definitely not impressed with THIS end of the service. I just want to know why a computer that comes with Windows 10 preinstalled doesn't have a product key on the box, or anywhere to be found; considering it's a requirement. My laptop from HP has the product key on the bottom of the machine. This one, I can't seem to find it anywhere. There is a windows logo sticker, another sticker next to it, and then the cyber power product sticker on top of that sticker. I am betting that would be the product code, and if not, I am very unhappy. I have to keep restarting my computer to make the watermark go away, I can't customize it the way I want to, and whenever I restart it I have to unpin the xbox app from the taskbar. I am able to play WoW Shadowlands on ultra and pushing 60 fps or better (recommended is level 6).
