“Is this a good PC to start with as a beginner? Has anyone had ever flaws with it after a while.”

It's a great machine. As far as "flaws" there's WAY too much to consider. A multitude of different hardware by a multitude of different manufacturers. But if something's wrong there, it will be evident VERY quickly (within the warranty/return window). Further down the line, standard PC health is taken care of by the user (AVM software, no suspicious downloads, keeping it clean, etc).
