Is this fully Ram upgrade able null

I hope this isn’t a dumb question but so if I buy DDR4 Ram to upgrade the ram, it works with the motherboard. Also what does the speed of the ram effect and does it matter if it is something like 3200 SODIMM?

Yes. You have 2 empty RAM slots, plus you can easily replace the existing RAM. This system takes DDR4 so keep that in mind.
