This might be a driver issue, make sure to update all your drivers. I'll leave a link for your GPU driver. If its not a driver it might be the monitor? Or even the hdmi. https://www.amd.com/en/support/downloads/drivers.html/graphics/radeon-rx/radeon-rx-6000-series/amd-radeon-rx-6500-xt.html
