QuestionJust got it today, plugged it in, no lights! 2 hours to activate windows, kept telling me go buy a real copy, just to find out it isn’t a setting issue. Open the panel, the RGB cords are unplugged! What order do you plug them in, why is it undone?!?!

- Answer Probably already figured this out by now but jn case you havnt. Tis easy for the cords to fall out on the rgb hub. It doesnt matter what order you plug them in as they all are just for lights.

- Answer Some times according to supply CyberPower uses either Gigabyte or AsRock, or even other mfrs. You can view that info on your board inside the case

QuestionMy PC came with a cooler master slim CPU cooler air fan. Now, I want a different fan that is quieter than the one I have now. I was looking to switch out the fans but I am not sure what the dimensions are for me to find a fan that fits the case. Any help?
