QuestionI'd like to know what brand of the 3060 TI it is. From the picture it is unclear that it is a 3060 Ti since they are much bigger if you buy them seperately.

- Answer It’s probably just a picture thing. Like its fake in the pic. The gpu in the pic looks like some kind of gtx 1650-1660 But that’s besides the point. Yes you are getting a 3060ti and You can put the gpu itself in a different graphics card case later

QuestionMy RGB fans aren’t working, how do I troubleshoot this? This didn’t come with a remote or instructions in regards to the RGB fan lights. The front faceplate RGB light works fine & changes colors but the fans pollard spinning, but just aren’t lit up.

- Answer The CPU is a little older, but works fine. Motherboard is also a budget option. Outside of that the parts are all name brand. There’s nothing wrong with the system outside of the CPU cooler. Great 1080p and 1440p system.
