  • QuestionHi Ive had the PC for 2 months it runs great and really does the job for the gaming I like to go through but is it suppose to run this hot? Even on medium graphics? When idle the PC clocks in at 60 c and while gaming it hits a whopping 99--102c?

    • Answer Ideal temps for a desktop should not go above 85 under load (gaming, mild editing, etc.) with that being said this pc is a good foundation. I suggest getting more fans/ or changing the configuration of the fans to make sure that you are getting enough cool air and the hot air out. I would add a fan or two too the top as exhaust fans.

  • QuestionWhat motherboard comes with this computer?

    • Answer It is supposed to come with the B550AM but now it seems like they are downgrading them to the B450 without much mention. Rather unfortunate because I’m fairly sure I’m going to be returning mine since it didn’t come as advertised. And yes I know they go by what parts are available at the time but that should just be the brand not an actual downgrade to a older motherboard. If you read all the questions and answers about the motherboard 9 out of 10 came with the 550 and cyberpowerPC even answers the questions that it comes with the B550 but it seems they are switching it up probably due to it being out of stock but still not cool to downgrade. And you know they aren’t going to upgrade that’s for sure.

  • QuestionI am having overheating issues during gaming sessions. Generally, it will shoot up to 80 or 90+ C when the game boots. After 15-45 min the computer will shutdown automatically. I cannot figure out how to fix this cooling issue.

    • Answer I’m having the same issue got a 1600$ prebuilt the first one that exact thing was happening to me. I exchanged it for a new one cause thought it was a faulty cpu. My brand new one came today. Same crap! Just don’t buy from cyber power they are trash. I’m taking it back in the morning to get a refund. This is crazy
