Just got it, works for 30 seconds then shuts down?? null

Did you make sure all the cords are plugged in properly? There may be one that isn't plugged in, or came loose.

There could be a wide range of problems it’s hard to answer without really troubleshooting the computer. I would recommend either googling the issue and troubleshooting from there or probably the safest route without breaking warranty is to just return the computer back
