“My fans spin and the water cooling is doing its job on boot, but the RGB lights did not work on either. It appears to be Cooler Master water cooling. There is no RGB remote. What can I do to fix this or is there any easy way that i'm not seeing? Thanks!”

There's a button past the two USB ports on the top of the case, try pressing that and the colors should change.
