WE are having the same problem! So I tried calling CyberPowerPC, but it was New Year's Day so I was on hold for an hour before the automated answering service hung up on me. So per its instructions, I sent them a message through CyberPowerPC's website, asking for help, but it's been only 1 day and this weekend being a holiday weekend, I don't expect an answer/reply until maybe this Monday. Just in case, I also called my local Best Buy where I purchased this computer and made a Geek Squad appointment (since I didn't buy their online tech support). Supposedly, the computer's motherboard should have the Windows 10 activation key digitally stored, but my computer isn't finding one! So frustrating!! But the computer is working....but we can't personalize the computer or change anything since Windows isn't activated.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
