The CPU is liquid cooled by the closed loop cooler made by Cooler Master. There is a pump on top of your CPU (the one with RGB CyberPowerPC logo) that constantly circulates the liquid (usually water & glycol) to the radiator and back again. The rad fins dissipate the heat. That’s my understanding of it so far. Also, they don’t need to be serviced or topped off for until about 4-5 years down the road.
