Can you add hardrive or additional SSD to it? null

It is tight in there. Mine has MSI version of 3070 & it is blocking the open slot.

Yes. There is a mounting plate for 2 ssd drives plus a hard drive cage that supports regular hard drives and also 2.5 inch ssd drives. The motherboard has several ssd cable hook ups. Even with a gpu installed you have access.
