“i just bought a computer that has 16GB of DDR5 SDRAM - i want to buy another stick (either 16, 32 or 64) to upgrade it, but it makes me select a frequency. (MHz)..how do i know which to select? when i look at all the specs of the PC it doesnt mention it..”

I called the phone number that was sent to me by the support at 10:00 a.m. and it said no agents were available and to call back during normal business hours....?
