Yes, it has a smaller sized gigabyte motherboard. pretty good stalk. Not a whole lot of room to grow though. But it's a pretty good PC as it sits. id say lower mid range PC. But will play games decently. It also was good with my adobe programs. I ran it with oculus rift. Even though it said the performance wouldn't be that great, but it played fine for most games. As far as a cooler, any normal sized universal cooler should work. I have a smaller cooler master liquid cooler on it. And it fits great.
