This Pc will be able to perform graphic design work as the CPU would be able to handle intensive work and large designs. The GPu would be able to help render motion graphics and allow you to use multiple monitors at a 4K resolution. Yes, the 1080ti GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) is currently the strongest GPU on the market. It can handle game rendering and textures without a problem and should have little to no problem with graphic design.
