Yes, it comes with all off the shelf parts. The case is actually great, with plenty of airflow. I upgraded the RAM and GPU to 16gb and an RTX 3070 just fine. Comes with an ASUS b460m-plus motherboard and i believe a 650 watt PSU. Not 100% sure on that last one as i didnt want to rip the PSU out of the case and redo all the cable management when putting it back in, but the GPU i have (RTX 3070) recommends a 650W PSU, and wors flawlessly after putting it in there, and it requires 220W of power. So im assuming its at least 650W. So you'll def be able to upgrade everything in it if you choose too
