I had the same problem you want to go to your settings then search recovery and go to advanced settings and restart your pc from there when the logo pops up click f2 and it’ll bring you to your bios menu or it’ll bring you to a options menu for the options menu you want to go to troubleshoot then advanced settings then uefi settings and it’ll take you there from there you go to boot and look for csm support turn that off it’s not already and then go to secure boot and turn the boot to enable and secure boot mode to standard after that go to your settings the misc that’s as much as I can remember but you have to reset something to to make the pk go into user mode so change the secure boot mode to custom and back to standard and it should say what you need to reset in order to force it into user mode
