Thank you for reaching out to us. The 500GB that you see is your SSD which is a storage drive. The SSD stores your files, photos, games, etc. The 16GB of Memory that you see is your RAM. The RAM and SSD that you see are two different things. Please try again later.The 500 GB SSD is where the programs, photos, its where all your games are and all the files that are needed to run Windows, and everything else, are stored. the 16 GB of memory is the RAM (Random Access Memory). this is used when you want to run a program it is propagated into the RAM for immediate use They are two different things
