Thank you for reaching out to us. Air coolers actively dissipate hot air using specially designed heat fins. These fins keep temperatures in the PC case low. Liquid coolers liquid runs through the tubes that run around the electrical components in the computer that get hot. The liquid absorbs the heat and continuously moves it out of the system to keep the computer from overheating.
