how can i change the color of the rgb fans null

Go in the start menu to the rgb app

Short answer, you cannot. Long answer there is probably a way but its way more trouble that its worth. The original software is buggy the app is buggy and not supported which is why I think it doesn't automatically install like it used to when this system was first available.
