Does it have a C plug in for VR link cable? null

There is 1 usb-c port on the back

There is a C plug on the back- YES but I have not tried it for the VR. I would actually recommend buying a c-port (female)/usb (male) converter so that you can use the USB ports on the top (closer to the face front) so that you have more cable available for movement with the VR set.
