Hmmm I would contact either CyberPower PCor Best Buy Support to see why it's not fitting. I had an old hdmi i purchased from amazon a long time ago and it worked out fine. I hope that gives you a bit of help. Here's a link to contact CyberPower PC (they're super helpful): https://support.cyberpowerpc.com/hc/en-us
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure you are plugging into the graphics card and not the motherboard. The card has protective plugs in the ports for protection. Remove the plugs and ensure you are plugging into HDMI and not display port.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You may be trying to put your HDMI into a Display Port, they are similar but not the same. If you are trying to do multi-display get an hdmi/display port converter. These 3 are Display ports- that's why they came covered and you were told specifically where to input your screen HDMI cord.
