• Yes everything is entirely upgradable and for your first upgrades I’d say add a hdd and some ram but it’s all great to start off with

• Yes, but the motherboard will be random and very cheap. You have to make sure what motherboard you get. For example, you may get a motherboard only capable of using a 12th gen processor so you won't be able to upgrade to a 13th gen.
