“Is there room on the motherboard and power in the PSU for add an additional Nvidia 1070GTX to SLI? I have an extra card and I want to move to this setup in a new machine.”

Unfortunately the motherboard does not support an SLI configuration, if it did you would have to upgrade the power supply as what it has its not enough, a small bump in wattage would work.
