Can this pc run fortnite smoothly? null

Haven’t try with Fortnite yet. Tried with Fallout 4 and Skyrim and the graphics are good, but in some scenes turned laggy for a period of seconds.

You will get max 120 fps using these settings Windowed fullscreen 40-50% 3D resolution View distance epic Everything else low or off Also you cannot stream with this pc
