“When I attach the HDMI cable, the computer monitor reverts to the desktop screen. When I try to open the display settings, it opens on a screen I cant see. My TV is not recognizing it during this. I have a 4k UHD TV.”

• Thank you for reaching out. Try making your desktop monitor the primary monitor and the TV the secondary monitor. That way, the display settings is set on the desktop monitor. • Well, it turns out my hdmi cable was backwards. I didnt know that was possible Haha it even had yellow tape warning that it was directional. Read everything is my new motto haha
