“I bought one of these and sometime (maybe once per day), it resets/turns off on me without warning when I’m playing on it. I know it’s not an automatic update because I disabled that setting, so is there anything wrong with my model or is it a setting?”

Could be a faulty power supply. Does it sound like fans and all just suddenly go off? Also make sure the power cable is fully on.
