Thanks for reaching out Pcguy. Theoretically, you will be able to use the RTX 2080 with this system without having to upgrade the motherboard, but, you will need to upgrade the power supply unit to one that as two 8-pin power connectors. However, for practical use, it is not recommended, as the CPU will severely bottleneck your GPU as it is a FX series CPU and the GPU's performance outperforms the FX series. You would want a newer, more recent and more powerful CPU to match the RTX 2080.
