“can this pc play fortnite and stream on twitch at the same time? If not, is this pc upgradable”

• throw another stick of 8GB ram on it and should be able to handle streaming and playing at decent settings. Otherwise maybe turn down the graphics.

You if wanted to upgrade the PC, the best things to upgrade is the Video Card, and CPU, and the PSU if you are going higher to compensate for the power needed.
