Thanks for reaching out, If you are using a headset/microphone combo, you will need to purchase a signal splitter to have two separate signals coming from the headset; one for the mic and one for the headphones. If you have a dedicated mic input, please check your recording settings, and ensure that your microphone is set to the default device.
