“Can this computer run fortnite ultra settings with no lag or at least height settings”

The core computer has 6 cores at 3.50ghz. That is plenty of power for gaming in general. The issue comes down to the video card and I don't play fortnight to know the requirements for ultra and max height. The video card does meet the recommended requirements of fortnight but whether the recommended requirements will give you ultra tier performance is hard for me to say. The base computer is absolutely a beast for the price though.
