Can this run Fortnite and how much FPS? null

Hello and yes this can run Fortnite with no problem. If I'm not mistaken I think the FPS are around 100. I am not sure as to what the game settings I have set, but I know I do not have any ultra settings. It was a gift for my son, as he likes to play Fortnite. This computer should definitely get the job done.
