I hooked it up to a 32 inch tv with and HDMI and it is hard to read words on the screen. I tried all kinds of settings in the tv and the computer. Also it won’t display anything when i use a VGA cable is there a setting on the computer for this? null

Thanks for reaching out. This video card might not support VGA. Try to change the resolution of the PC or the Scaling from the Display settings.
