Yes. The memory can be upgraded up to 32 gigabytes. The CPU can be upgraded, up to an 8300 I think. The video card can be upgraded as well. Unless you're experienced with installing parts like these DO NOT DO IT. You will void the warranty. Take it to an authorized dealer. Geek Squad at Best Buy for instance.

Just make sure they are compatible with your motherboard. You would also need to upgrade your PSU according to everything you are trying to upgrade.
