“I've seen multiple answers for what power supply it comes with. I just want to know if it's 500w or 600w because I'm thinking of upgrading the ram. And also how do I know if the ram is or isn't compatible? I also bought this July 2018”

It is probably the 600w due to the graphics card, but you do not have to worry about the power rating to upgrade your RAM. The slot are in sight and easy to get to.
