Thanks for reaching out Lucas. This PC should be able to handle a GTX 1070, however, you may need to upgrade your power supply to at least 600 watts. You are able to upgrade the RAM, but it depends on the compatibility of the motherboard as the motherboard may only support up to DDR3 RAM.
