The exact motherboard may vary between brands, but will likely support only up to AM3+ sockets. With that, the highest CPU you can upgrade to would likely be FX-8320, FX-8350, or FX-8370. In order to upgrade to an AMD AM4 socket or Intel LGA1156 sockets, you'd need to upgrade the mortherboard. Changing out the motherboard may void your warranty.
