“i have a hard drive i want to connect to it to get a total of 3TB storage. but the other one i want to connect MIGHT be corrupted. is it safe to hook it up? could it damage the non corrupted HDD or make it loose its data? could it damage any components?”

Thanks for reaching gamerzguy. If the additional HDD you want to connect is corrupted or malfunctioning, even if you plug it in, it might not work. However, it should not damage the computer in anyway.
