  • Questionif the Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 R2 motherboard you guts put in my system and I looked at the sight that it was on and it said I can access bios uefi and then I tried it did not let me access my bios or uefi so what is going on.

  • QuestionI recently bought this pc and the back fan won’t run And do you think this pc can run ATS and Forza Horizon 4

If not please call support at 888/937-5582 Mon-Fri 8:30am-7:00pm PST for one final attempt to troubleshoot the issue. the issue is not resolved over the phone, our techs will issue an RMA for a new fan. Regarding ATS and Forza Horizon 4, the system will be able to run those titles fine.   • Questionwe bought the cyberPower PC last November from Best Buy online. It was under $1,000 but not sure what model. The fit of the cord that fits into the bottom of the computer has always been loose. How do I order a new one? The computer shuts off easily.
