“My son just received this computer as a gift and it is not staying connected to the internet. We haven't had this problem with any of our other devices that connect to our home's wifi. Any suggestions on how to fix this?”

DEFINITELY add the (2) antennae's that come with the box..I was ditzy and kept wondering why it was not connecting..I even purchased a Signal Booster until I looked at the comments and realized that I forgot to do that..now works PERFECTLY..thank goodness..no more angry and disappointed child

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We did not connect through WiFi, we have an ethernet cord running from the computer to the modem. We have not had any problems with connectivity with the cord.
