This will run a little better than a ps4 but barely. 120fps is the cap for Fortnite on all low settings with a lot of frame drops. In creative u can get 144 constsnt though. If you want a good pc for a cheap price and are a competitive player, go for the cyberpower xtreme with gtx 1660 super and i5-9600kf. If you are a casual this will be a step up from ps4
