“Is the good for the elgato capture card when I stream gameplay. The laptop I'm using now works but my gameplay on my monitor is ahead of my laptop gameplay.”

It captures quite well with triple monitors running . OBS runs fairly well in that aspect on this tower. Capture and streaming on the X Box game bar while gaming seems to work fine on single monitors as the X Box Game Bar records at high quality audio and video.
