Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Xbox game pass should have been emailed to you. It usually is sent a week or so after your payment has been processed. If you didn't see this in your inbox I would talk to Best Buy as they are the ones who email it to you. Once you have or find that, the information on how to redeem is in that.
