Yes, for beginning PC users or even a beginning gamer this PC will work perfectly. As far as I can tell Fortnite runs just as well as if it was a PS4 or Nintendo Switch. I'm not certain about GTA, but if it's able to handle Halo it should be able to handle GTA.
